I cannot say enough great things about my real estate agent Paige. She stood by us for two full years while we worked toward being ready to relocate, always checking in at just the right times—never pushy, always supportive. Throughout the process, she took the time to educate us, explain our options, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. When it finally came time to act, she truly went above and beyond. She single-handedly got our home sold and helped us purchase our new one, stepping in seamlessly whenever others dropped the ball.     We just sold our home in Temecula with Hardy Realtors. This is the second time we have worked with Jill and Hardy Realtors. We first met Jill in the spring of 2018, when we purchased our current home. At the time, we were living out of state and planning a move to Temecula. With her extensive knowledge of the area, we found a home that checked all the boxes. We are currently relocating once again. This time out of state. In considering the sale of our current home, Jill and Hardy Realtors came to mind immediately. We had such a great working experience in 2018 that we couldn’t imagine working with another realtor.     Paige and her team were wonderful. My wife found her and she was immediately accommodating and personable towards us. We looked at several homes, and Paige gave us some great recommendations as well. We were ready to take a break and wait until the Fall to try and buy b/c nothing seemed to be clicking home wise. Paige, with no pressure on us, said, "This home just came on the market. I think we should at least take a look at it." We never would have saw this home, because we weren't looking online anymore. That home was perfect for us and Paige helped us finalize getting that home. Paige is very knowledgeable, but if she didn't know something, she wouldn't pretend, but she would ask or know someone who may know the answer. Highly recommend Paige and her team.

    Working with Hardy Realtors has been a pleasure. Selling a home can be stressful enough, moving with a bad back and the weight of the world on my shoulders is another. I'm glad I had somebody I could count on, within days I had multiple offers above asking price on my home, Unfortunately two days before the close of escrow the city of Menifee informed the buyer they're taking my house “Eminent Domain” for a road widening project, Needless to say the buyer backed out. Paige and her family seamlessly transitioned to working with the city on my behalf. I would be completely lost without her. I can't thank the Lord enough. Paige and her family have been a joy to work with. They completely understand my stress levels, my mood swings, manic episodes, my innate ability to mansplain and the uncertainty of not knowing what is going to happen.     I dealt directly with Mrs Paige during this sell I would say that her and her teams commitment to perform for their client I have never experienced before. I have bought and sold multiple homes and never have I had a team with such excellent communication skills, never had to track her down as she was always quickly responsive wether it be via text, email or phone call. Mrs Paige and her team navigated is through a sell that would have been seen very difficult for some yet she handled any and all issues or road blocks with ease Always keeping her clients interest first. Not only would I use her again and wouldn’t think to use anyone else.     We worked with Paige and Palmer to sell our home in Murrieta, and we could not be more happy with everything! They were always easy to reach, very professional yet so personable, and they took everything and ran with it once we gave the okay! We were quickly taking gorgeous pictures and drone footage (they made me want to buy my house again), sign was up and house was listed, they held one open house and voila we went out of town and had multiple above asking offers coming through! They were also able to refer us to a landscaper we needed prior to photos as well as a very nice realtor to use in the Sacramento area where we moved. Overall, the best people I could’ve asked to work with during this process! Thank you ladies so much for helping us!
