This means you don’t have to close or move out until you’ve found your next home. It’s a super common clause and protects you from being left without a roof over your head.
✅ Step 2: Accept a Contingency-Aware Offer
Once your home is listed, we’ll find a buyer who understands your timeline. When an offer comes in and many buyers are flexible about this! You’ll go under contract with the understanding that you’ll close once you secure your next home.
✅ Step 3: Begin the Search With Confidence
Now that your home is under contract, you’re in a much stronger position. You can tour homes, submit offers, and negotiate with more leverage because sellers see you as a serious buyer with your ducks in a row.
